KIDFIT ELITE gives kids a fun, active start to a healthy life. Through games, obstacle courses, and team challenges, children improve balance, coordination, strength, and speed — while building focus, confidence, and social skills.

Designed by youth movement specialists, each session blends science-based training with high-energy fun.

What Kids Develop

  • Gross Motor Skills: Running, jumping, balancing, throwing

  • Fine Motor Skills: Control, precision, focus

  • Social Skills: Teamwork, communication, sportsmanship

  • Cognitive Growth: Pattern recognition, sequencing, spatial awareness

Age-Based Structure

  • Ages 3–5: Movement discovery and sensory play

Sessions are 45–50 minutes and led by certified youth coaches.

Ages 4 - 14

Each Class Includes:

  1. Competitions, Games & Sports — Fun and fitness go together! Kids are allowed a source or relaxation, stimulation and competition!

  2. Nutrition Discussions - importance of hydration, fruits, vegetables and super foods

  3. Weekly Motor Skills — Agility, Endurance, Strength and Speed + Social & Life Skills

    a. Examples: Push ups, jumping, running, climbing, dribbling, pulling, throwing, catching

  4. Flexibility — The importance of stretching and stimulating blood flow and muscle development / recovery

  5. Target Muscle Groups — Abdominal / Core, Biceps / Triceps, Lower Body / Quad, Back / Shoulder
