KIDFIT ELITE gives kids a fun, active start to a healthy life. Through games, obstacle courses, and team challenges, children improve balance, coordination, strength, and speed — while building focus, confidence, and social skills.
Designed by youth movement specialists, each session blends science-based training with high-energy fun.
What Kids Develop
Gross Motor Skills: Running, jumping, balancing, throwing
Fine Motor Skills: Control, precision, focus
Social Skills: Teamwork, communication, sportsmanship
Cognitive Growth: Pattern recognition, sequencing, spatial awareness
Age-Based Structure
Ages 3–5: Movement discovery and sensory play
Ages 6–9: Skill development, agility, and team games
Ages 10–11: Strength, endurance, leadership, confidence
Sessions are 45–50 minutes and led by certified youth coaches.
