Ages 2.5 – 13

Building Strong Bodies, Confident Minds, and Lifelong Skills!

We believe every child deserves a fun, active start to a healthy life! KIDFIT ELITE helps kids develop essential motor skills, balance, coordination, and overall body awareness — the building blocks for all future athletic and academic success.

Designed by youth movement specialists, KIDFIT combines science-based physical development with playful, confidence-boosting activities.

Through games, obstacle courses, and team challenges, children strengthen their gross motor skills (running, jumping, throwing, catching) and fine motor control, while also improving focus, social skills, and self-esteem.

CURRICULUM

Our curriculum evolves with each age group — from early learners discovering movement fundamentals to preteens refining strength, agility, and endurance. Every session encourages progress, participation, and positivity.

Parents love that KIDFIT not only promotes physical literacy, but also enhances cognitive growth, emotional regulation, and healthy lifelong habits.

🧠Each class is designed to engage both the body and brain:

  • Gross Motor Skills: Running, jumping, balancing, and throwing build foundational strength and coordination.

  • Fine Motor Skills: Activities improve control, precision, and focus.

  • Social Skills: Team games teach cooperation, communication, and sportsmanship.

  • Cognitive Growth: Pattern recognition, sequencing, and spatial awareness enhance learning readiness.
