RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds. Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different size, or for items of equal or lesser value (based on availability).
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, and some items may sell out before processing is complete. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text with tracking details.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All orders are insured. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS or UPS).
